Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns on non-bespoke and non-personalised items, so long as they are in the same good condition in which you receive them.

Greeting cards that are not personalised are therefore able to be returned, but items within our ‘Wedding Stationery’ section that are bespoke are not able to be returned for refund.

Just let us know by email within 14 days notifying us of your intent to return. We can then issue you a return code.  You then have a further 14 days to return your unwanted items back to us for a refund.

Is there anything that I can't return?

Unfortunately items that are specifically made for you or have been personalised (such as the majority of items within our ‘Wedding Stationery’ section, school timetables and personalised message greeting cards) are not able to returned for refund. This is because they are bespoke items and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If we have made a mistake with your order, regardless of whether it was a bespoke item or not, we will endeavour to correct the mistake as soon as possible for you.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Due to the paper-based nature of the items we sell, we do take care to make sure that they are well protected against adverse weather. If for any reason your item(s) arrive damaged, please just get in touch and let us know (within 48 hours of receipt) and we will endeavour to send out replacements as soon as possible.

Are returns free?

We will do everything that we can to make your return as easy as possible.

If something arrives damaged, or we have made a mistake with your order, then we will of course arrange the return for you for free, using our preferred courier. Please be aware that we would need to know the weight and parcel dimensions to be able to arrange a return.

Unfortunately,  if you simply change your mind, then the return would be at your own expense. We are a family-run business and the only way to offer free returns, as well as our free shipping, would be to raise our prices across the store, which we are trying really hard to avoid, for the benefit of all.

How and when will I be refunded?

As soon as your item has been received back and checked, we will process your refund within 2 hours. If you paid via PayPal, this will usually appear back in your PayPal account on the same day. If you paid via a debit/credit card, it may take a 3-5 days for the funds to appear back against the card, depending on the card issuer.
