Our personal school timetables are made exactly to match the school week (or weeks if on a rotation) specifically for your child. Each class session in the timetable states the lesson being taught, the teaching room and the teacher’s initials. The card is coated on both sides to aid longevity and the corners are rounded so that there are no sharp edges.
Need to make a small change to an existing timetable?
If you just have a few small alterations to a timetable that we have made for you within this school year, simply select the ‘Amend a Timetable’ option and we will make the changes and send you out a replacement timetable for you at a reduced cost.
The example shown has 5 sessions a day with thicker vertical dividers to indicate a break or lunch. Do not worry if you have a different number of sessions in the day as the design will be tailored specifically for you. If the lesson names are particularly long, it may be necessary to shorten them, such as ‘Geography’ becoming ‘Geog’ in the example above. This is that the font is still large enough to read on the smaller card. There are four main colour options, and an example of each shown above: Single-Colour (of your choice for the days/times), Subject-Coloured (a part coloured timetable where the subjects are all coloured, but the classroom section is white), Classroom-Coloured (a part coloured timetable where the subjects are white, but the classroom section is coloured (based on the lesson-type)) and Full-Coloured (the subject and classroom sections are all coloured). three options, each colouring is based on the subject so that it is easier to spot what the lesson is at a glance.
Sizing and finishes
Our standard pocket-size card is approximately A7, 10cm x 7cm in size. These bespoke timetables are a nice compact size that will fit easily into a blazer or coat pocket, as well as most pencil cases. All of the images shown are of the A7 card. The corners are rounded so they are softer and won’t scratch the skin or damage pocket linings.
We are also happy to make them is sizes approximating A6, A5, A4 as standard. Please contact us for pricing on A3 timetables. Larger sizes will have a wider border than in the images shown.
We have two thicknesses. The thicker is recommended (especially if it is to be kept in a blazer pocket) and is made from a 280gsm cardstock. This then has a plastic coating applied to both the front and the reverse. The alternative option is made from a thinner (and therefore more flexible) 120gsm paper. This also has a plastic coating applied to both sides If you are looking to pop the timetable into a long thin pencil case, then the thinner one may be more suitable for that.
Fonts and Colours in the Picture Example.
The colours used in the example were Blue-L and Green. The font chosen for the title was ‘Broadway’.
Including the classroom details will automatically be included. If you do not require this, please just uncheck the box. If you would like to include teacher initials, registration time and/or lesson finish times, please just the relevant boxes.
Every caution is taken to ensure that there are no errors when creating your timetable. Just to be on the safe side, we will always send you through an image (or images if double-sided) of the finished design prior to printing. This is so that you you can check that it is exactly as you wish. If you wish to make any changes to the proof, please feel free to let us know. Please check the proof thoroughly as we cannot be held responsible if you approve the proof and later find an error.
Most of the timetables should be ready to despatch within 1-2 working days from when the timetable details are received.
Orders under £10 occur a standard £1 delivery charge at checkout, although there is also a free collection option. Standard delivery is Royal Mail second class (2-3 working days). This item can be sent out on a 1st class Royal Mail option for just 15p more. If you wish to upgrade the delivery to 1st class, please select the upgrade option on this page.
As this is a bespoke item that is made specifically for you it is with regret that we are unable to accept returns. We will always send through a proof for you to check prior to printing. Please check this carefully before you give us the okay to start printing. If when you see the proof you are not completely happy, please just let us know and we will either make any changes that you require, or issue you a full refund before we start any printing.
