Opening Hours and Closure Dates
To keep our prices as low as possible for you we don’t run a physical store. Regular greeting cards are available in our online shap and can be delivered to you free of charge.
If you are looking for bespoke special event stationery, I am very happy to hold consultations by prior arrangement. If you would like to get together for a chat, a cuppa, and the chance to see some samples or discuss your particular requirements, please just get in touch. Email = 24/7. Email is our preferred contact method, primarily as you can contact us easily at any time. We do respond to emails as quickly as we can, even outside our regular telephone hours and at weekends, so please feel free to email us at any time: email@example.com.
Facebook = 24/7. Facebook is another option that you can use day or night, although emails are likely to be seen slightly quicker. We do try and respond to Facebook messages as fast as we can, even outside our regular telephone hours and at weekends: facebook/cardsbycally.
Telephone = Office & Social Hours. We are happy to take phone calls 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If we are unable to answer, please just leave your number and a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
We are also happy to answer phone queries between 10am and 4pm on Saturdays, although please be aware that Saturdays are not classed as working days and orders will not be processed or dispatched over the weekend.
We understand that not everyone is able to make calls during regular office hours, so we do want to try and help by accepting calls outside of the times mentioned above. All that we ask is that you try and be considerate of the family when calling either number at unusual times. For example, if you could avoid calling really early or very late at night it would be appreciated.

Please be aware in addition to weekends, the following are classed as closure dates and not working days in relation to order processing timescales. Please keep these closure dates in mind when placing any order.

How will the closure dates affect my order timescale?
While we are happy to respond to email queries during closure days, we will not be working or dispatching orders on these dates. Any published closure day should therefore not be counted as a working day when calculating your delivery timescales. Depending on the reason for the closure, we may or may not be able to answer telephone enquiries on those dates. Please either leave a message and we will reply as quickly as possible, or send us an email and we will reply as quickly as we can.
If placing an order on a day when we are closed, your delivery timescale will begin from the first day that we reopen.
If placing an order before a planned closure, your delivery timescale will be extended by the number of days we are closed for.
