Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Rates

Many of our items, such as our greeting cards, qualify for free shipping.  For this reason shipping rates tend to be added at the product level if applicable.  If you can’t see any shipping rates on the product page, there aren’t any. 🙂

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales can vary depending on the produc being bought.  For example Greeting Cards would normally be dispatched within 48 hours (unless you have requested a faster or specific day posting).  Invitations on the other hand can sometimes takes several weeks at busy periods.

Timescales for each product is shown on the individual product page.

Can I add to an existing order?

So long as we haven’t completed your order, you are welcome to add to it.  If we have started making your item(s) it may not be possible to amend an item already on your order though.  If we haven’t started to make your items, we can normally make amendments as well.

Who carries out the deliveries?

Unless you live within the immediate area (Marshfield, Cardiff), in most cases the deliveries will be carried out by Royal Mail or an alternative courier for heavier deliveries. We are happy to deliver to a private address or a place of work if you prefer, so long as there is someone there to receive the delivery.

We are sorry, but we are unable to guarantee that parcels will be left in a ‘safe place’ upon request.  This is because it not ourselves completing the majority of deliveries, but a third party.

What packaging will my order come in? Will it be sustainable?

We take our impact on the environment very seriously.  Where possible we always endeavour to use recycled and recyclable materials, both in manufacture and shipping.

On the very rare occassions that we use non-recyclable materials in our packaging, it is only because we have received them in a delivery ourselves and we think it is better to reuse them, rather than just put them straight into recycling or landfill.
